Every time the gentlemen bids, the auctioneer bangs the hammer no less than 3 seconds flat. However the story is not the same, when it concerns random people, the auctioneer will take about a good 10-15 seconds to bang the hammer. As an academic I feel ashamed that I cannot support these allegations with video evidence, however I encourage the sceptics to visit the site and observe the deception that lies within!

Costumer service staffs were practical and good in dealing. Especially Beau was cheerful.

Found this company extremely unprofessional after the sale of the vehicle they took absolutely no care to do a release of the ownership which left me with a fine for late transfer of registration, They did not provide the vehicle log book and only provided one key for the car. Although I paid for the vehicle to be delivered I was then told I needed to pick it up from the tow truck company. Would never use this company again,

purchased a 2013 holden cruze hatch diesel from manheim pty ltd, from their fixed price area. I dealt with a salesman called Francis, the value 8990 dollars. I left a deposit of 400 dollars 0n 30/11/2017 and paid the rest when I picked the car up 01/12/2017, I checked car, the back wiper was not working, the salesman francis could not get it to work, he said it would be fixed under warranty, I got the mandatory 3 months warranty, on the way to my house I also noticed the light that tells a door is opened was on all the way, when I got to my place, no matter what I did it would not go off, I called francis and he said to take it to any holden to have it fixed and manheinm would pay for it, but later I noticed that the rubber seal around the hatch was out, I pushed it and it fixed that problem, I took my car for service as it was due and they told me the back brakes were almost metal on metal, manheim sold me a death trap, I could have killed someone, I could have been killed or at least cause a lot of damage because the back pads were zero. I took the car to manheim, francis said to me the manager said I would be reimbursed for the brake pads which cost me 100 dollars, the rest of the obvious problems were fixed, there was only the rubber seal which they refused to even put some flex to hold it in place. francis said I had to give them my bank account details to get the 100 reimbursement, but when I tried to give themt to them they refused to take them, they said to dangerous, someone could steal them, that they would send me an email requesting those details. so far no email. I have called them, sent them many text messages, the last I heard from fracis was: it is a process, but that is not what they said when they promised me that reimbursement. this car was sold to me with a roadworthy certificate, but it is worth nothing, the mechanic who provided that certificate should have his/her license cancelled. the water reservoir for the windscreen was totally empty, a short sighted person. manheim was and is negligent for sell cars without break pads, any death because of that is their fault.

Went looking for a car, they only had the prestige section open. The rest was locked away out the back. I tried getting in one of the cars, and it smelt like a dead rat, and came out itchy. How dare they sell it in that condition? The salesmen were also the typical creep (The type who shake your hand after scratching their rear). Pickles are much better, they don't hassle you, and they have a much better variety.

At first glance Manhiem appears to be fair and square at auctions, yet there is a sophisticated network of alliances running within,a mafia or cartel if you will. If you are close to the auctioneers or the managers, basically anyone with authority, you get certain privileges. I had observed a gentlemen speaking to the auctioneer prior to the start of the auction.
