  I called up the owner fuming and she said their computer system cannot do refunds. We called head office to complain that we been tricked into all these extra costs and to also complain that their computer system is incapable of doing refunds. Headoffice said that the computer can easily do refunds. We called the owner back and she called us dishonest and still refused refunds on sessions we had not even used. I dont know how asking for a refund on something we neither requested nor used can be deemed as an act of dishonesty? Gets me.

  Right from the beginning they tried to tell me I couldn't have an advertised free period trial and I guess the money hungry vibe was just to strong for me. The trainers made me feel very uncomfortable in the weights room. If I was on a machine doing some sets they would just stand next to it with there client pestering me with questions like "how much longer will you be" until I moved then they would do such a quick set they would be at my next machine.. like seriously can't you recreate that exercise with free weights as a trainer.. I felt like for such an expensive gym unless u paid for a PA you had you be shuffled around for the people that did. They wouldn't let me end my contact via email or over the phone .. I had to come in in person to give me notice for 4 weeks after my whole term was up.. I still don't understand why. As I told them on the phone I was trying to cancel they must have deactivated my scanner because I couldn't get in anymore when I come to cancel. I would strongly recommend another gym. Very rude to deal with on the phone and a couple staff in person.

  The owner is super money hungry. They down played any related costs until we signed the contract then they hit us with fine print, we had to pay something $350 odd dollars in activation and joining fees which they were not upfront about. We had to pay for private sessions that we didnt even want. During these activation sessions they made subtle hints towards private sessions. My wife replied "sounds good id like to try it some sometime in the future" well they took advantage of that response and went ahead and booked her 4 non refundable private sessions per week on an ongoing basis ($45 each session). By the time we picked up on it we had racked up an additional $400 odd dollars.

  Thankfully we read the terms and conditions of the contract which highlighted that memberships and account credits are transferable between gyms and we transferred everything over to fernwood Wetherill park

  Staff are the most unprofessional, rude, money hungry people. Everyone I have had contact with at particularly fernwood Liverpool have treated me with nothing but disrespect, I don't understand how someone can operate a business like this. The gym it's self is okay, the high price is still not justified especially when you get treated with such disrespect. Highly do not recommend.
