  All employees, from top management to secretary are extremely rude. Operations Manager named Soraya is one of the rudest people who have walked on this planet. Easily yells at you to intimidate you and hung up the phone on every conversation. No response, no communication, no honesty. Anna the MD is the same. They are a shady company which I believe are involved in international hustling with similar organisations like themselves.

  We have had the worst experience with Hellas Europe and their staff (Adele and Anna). Hellas Europe is holding my shipment as a ransom for many months while they resolve disputes with their partners/contractors. When asked about specifics or any information related to my shipment they are evasive and at times they are out-right lying about the status of the shipment.

  The worst and most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Anna is the manager and is extremely rude and unhelpful. Dealing with her and this company has by far been the worst experience of my life – AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

  What a nightmare! This company is a real Mickey-Mouse operation who lies through their teeth about everything, even things that are unrelated to the job they are doing. The final shock came to me when I found out what they are paying the guys who do the moving for them. Not only lying to their customers but exploiting people the who work for them (removalists being predominantly refugees). A company with zero moral compass that should be avoided at all costs.

  I have not dealt with any worse company in my whole life. They easily feel free to keep my stuff hostage for over 13 months to sort out their own problems with their partners! They never did. They charged me $3000 for storage (2 cubic meter) for holding me to tans some over 14 months and made me pay for storage to release my items.

  My container of personal effects was eventually delivered but had been sitting in their yard longer than it took to get it from San Francisco > China > Australia while they continuously stuffed around with everything. They are quite happy to take a customer's money, but once that's done you can forget about getting them to do anything else. They will leave you feeling ripped off and screwed over.
